Seven stages. No surprises.

Every project is different, but the shape of good work is not. This is how we move from a conversation to a system in production, with visible progress at each stage and a clear point where you decide whether to continue.

  1. 01

    Discover

We learn how the business works, who the users are, what is currently painful and what a good outcome looks like. Interviews, system walkthroughs and a look at the data you already have. Output: a written understanding you can correct.

  2. 02

    Define

Scope, priorities, constraints and phases. We decide what the first release must do, what can wait, and what we will deliberately not build. Output: a scoped plan with estimates and a first-phase commitment.

  3. 03

    Design

Information architecture, interface design, content structure and the data model, designed together so the interface reflects what the system can actually do. Output: clickable flows and a technical design you can review.

  4. 04

    Engineer

Build in short cycles with working software you can see every week. Typed code, automated tests for the behaviour that matters, and integrations tested against real systems early. Output: a deployable product at the end of each cycle.

  5. 05

    Validate

Real users, real data, real devices. Accessibility checks, performance measurement, security review and a rehearsal of launch-day operations. Output: a punch list, resolved, and a go/no-go you make with evidence.

  6. 06

    Launch

Infrastructure, DNS, monitoring, backups, redirects and analytics in place before the switch. Launch is scheduled, rehearsed and reversible. Output: the system live, documented, and handed over.

  7. 07

    Improve

Software meets reality and reality has opinions. We measure what users actually do, fix what needs fixing and plan the next phase on evidence. Output: a system that gets better after launch rather than merely older.

Working together

What you can expect from us

01

A single point of accountability

You always know who is responsible for the work and who to call.

02

Weekly visible progress

Working software and written updates, not status theatre.

03

Decisions in writing

Scope changes, trade-offs and technical choices are recorded so nobody relies on memory.

04

Full ownership

Code, accounts, data and documentation belong to you from the first commit.
